01 — Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MOTOVO mobile application or website at motovonepal.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. MOTOVO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
02 — About MOTOVO
MOTOVO is Nepal's first certified pre-owned motorcycle marketplace. We connect buyers with verified recondition partner shops through a standardized 50-point inspection system. MOTOVO acts as a platform facilitator — we inspect, certify, and grade motorcycles, but the actual sale transaction occurs between the buyer and the partner seller.
03 — User Accounts
- —You must be at least 16 years old to create a MOTOVO account
- —You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- —You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- —One account per person — creating multiple accounts is prohibited
- —MOTOVO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
04 — Inspection & Grading
All bikes listed on MOTOVO undergo a 50-point inspection across four zones: Engine, Chassis, Electrics, and Tyres & Brakes. Each bike receives one of the following grades:
Inspection grades represent the condition of the motorcycle at the time of inspection. MOTOVO is not liable for changes in condition after the inspection date.
05 — MOTOVO Shield Warranty
MOTOVO Shield Warranty is available for Grade A and A+ bikes only. Warranty plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) cover specific mechanical components for 3–6 months as outlined in the warranty certificate issued at the time of purchase.
- —Warranty coverage begins on the date of bike purchase
- —Warranty claims must be submitted through the MOTOVO app
- —Coverage excludes damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- —Consumable parts (tyres, brake pads, chain) are not covered unless specified
- —MOTOVO reserves the right to inspect the bike before approving any warranty claim
06 — Bike Finder & Exchange Requests
- —Bike Finder requests are sent to verified MOTOVO partner shops only
- —Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or pricing
- —MOTOVO does not guarantee that a matching bike will be found
- —Exchange and sell requests are subject to MOTOVO inspection before listing
- —MOTOVO reserves the right to reject any sell/exchange request that does not meet quality standards
07 — Prohibited Conduct
- —Providing false or misleading information during registration or requests
- —Attempting to manipulate inspection grades or reports
- —Using the platform to facilitate illegal vehicle transactions
- —Contacting partner sellers outside the MOTOVO platform to bypass our process
- —Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying any part of the MOTOVO platform
- —Creating fake accounts or impersonating other users
08 — Limitation of Liability
MOTOVO provides the platform as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. We are not party to the actual purchase transaction. MOTOVO's liability is limited to the warranty obligations explicitly stated in the MOTOVO Shield Warranty certificate. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or purchase of any vehicle.
09 — Intellectual Property
All content on the MOTOVO platform — including the inspection system, grading methodology, brand assets, app design, and website — is the intellectual property of MOTOVO. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10 — Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from the use of MOTOVO shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
