MOTOVO ("we", "us", "our") operates the MOTOVO mobile application and website at motovonepal.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. By using MOTOVO, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

- —With Sentry for crash reporting and app stability monitoring
- —With Google for authentication services

05 — Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables, bcrypt password hashing, HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
06 — Your Rights
- —Access — You can view your personal data within the app under your profile
- —Correction — You can update your username and phone number in the app
- —Deletion — You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us
- —Portability — You can request a copy of your data by contacting us
07 — Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Bike finder requests and exchange requests are retained for 12 months after closure. Inspection reports are retained indefinitely as they form part of the certified bike record.
08 — Children's Privacy
MOTOVO is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
09 — Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of MOTOVO after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
